The continuous before- and after-sales services, which begin with the preliminary consultancy up to the maintenance and control phases, are an aspect to which we pay a lot of attention in order to satisfy all our customers. In addition to designing and manufacturing new tools, we also have a very valuable service for used tools: sharpening, repair or maintenance, diagnosis, detection of wear, identification of interventions to be performed and restoration of supports. All interventions are carried out efficiently and quickly, in order to contain the production emergencies of the customers.
Thanks to the storage service we record every intervention on the tool, available to the customer for subsequent needs.
